- Full-Service – Credenx operates the Team-Based Employee Appraisal process;
- Initial Set-Up – Credenx sets up the Team-Based Employee Appraisal system. Then, organization takes over the operation; or
- Software – Organization subscribes to Timehatcher online software and uses it for Team-Based Employee Appraisals.
Timehatcher enables organizations to streamline their employee appraisal processes. Timehatcher’s algorithm provides evaluation information that are:
- Quantifiable;
- Comparable (across employees); and
- Customizable (for Organization’s context).
Timehatcher enables organizations to conduct Team-Based Employee Appraisals. Organizations can use Timehatcher’s Team-Fit scores and Team Response Unity scores to organize their work teams.
