Our client is a large F&B company, recruiting an Executive Chef for one of its café brands. The café brand is well known across many parts of the world.
This is an opportunity for the successful Executive Chef to earn good income, build up his CV, and be associated with a successful brand.
As an Executive Chef, the successful applicant would be in charge of:
– designing new recipes for all the outlets in Singapore;
– planning the food menu for all the outlets in Singapore;
– planning kitchen operations of the outlets;
– planning kitchen layout for new outlets;
– overseeing the operations of the Central Kitchen.
The successful applicant must be able to:
– design recipes and menus;
– plan kitchen layout;
– plan the production of the Central Kitchen.
The successful Executive Chef can look forward to a salary of up to S$5,000 per month.
