  • Full-Service – Credenx operates the Employee Potential Evaluation process;
  • Initial Set-Up – Credenx sets up the Employee Potential Evaluation system. Then, organization takes over the operation; or
  • Software – Organization subscribes to Timehatcher online software and uses it for Employee Potential Evaluations.

Timehatcher’s algorithm provides evaluation information that are:

  • Quantifiable;
  • Comparable (across employees); and
  • Customizable (for Organization’s context).

Timehatcher software is also open for subscription.
